What data we collect

Form submissions: When you submit a contact form or charity application, we collect the data you provide (name, email, message content, and any other fields in the form).

Server logs: Standard web server logs including IP address, request path, user agent, and timestamp.

Analytics: Privacy-respecting analytics via Plausible — no cookies, no personal data.

Session attribution: A first-party cookie stores your landing page, UTM parameters, and truncated referrer for attribution purposes.

How we use your data

To respond to your inquiries, process charity applications, improve our site and services. Never for advertising or third-party sharing.

Data retention

Contact submissions: 2 years. Charity submissions: 2 years. Server logs: 30 days.

Your rights

You can request access to your data or ask us to delete it by contacting rick@reaatech.com.

Third-party services

We use: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Plausible (analytics), BetterStack (monitoring), Cloudflare (DNS + bot protection).
