Job Description:
As an AI Product Manager, you will take ownership of the full product lifecycle for AI-powered solutions — from initial concept to deployment and iteration. You’ll partner closely with machine learning engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and executive stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into market-ready features that solve real user problems.
Your work will include shaping the roadmap for intelligent systems, managing data-centric initiatives, and ensuring rigorous alignment between AI research outcomes and business goals. Success in this role demands technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, strong product instincts, and the ability to navigate uncertainty in fast-moving environments. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, validating hypotheses, managing cross-functional collaboration, and launching AI products that are ethical, scalable, and commercially viable.

Define the long-term product vision and strategy for AI/ML-enabled features.

Identify high-impact opportunities where AI can drive customer or business value.

Translate ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements for AI teams.

AI/ML Collaboration

Work closely with ML researchers and engineers to understand capabilities and model constraints.

Prioritize ML use cases based on feasibility, data availability, and business relevance.

Guide model evaluation, experimentation pipelines, and success criteria.

Cross-Functional Execution

Lead agile product development cycles from concept to production.

Partner with data science, engineering, legal, and compliance to ensure smooth deployment of models.

Manage feedback loops between users and product iterations for continuous learning.

Data Stewardship & Ethics

Advocate for responsible AI development — including fairness, explainability, and privacy.

Ensure data governance, labeling quality, and ethical alignment in data-driven decision-making.

Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market trend monitoring to inform priorities.

Represent the voice of the customer in technical and strategic discussions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Required

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related technical field.

Experience: 4+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in AI/ML-related products or platforms.

Technical Fluency: Solid understanding of ML workflows, model development, data pipelines, and inference constraints.

Execution Skills: Strong experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to use data and experimentation to drive decision-making and prioritization.
Preferred

Master’s degree or Ph.D. in AI, HCI, Business Analytics, or equivalent technical discipline.

Experience working with foundation models, conversational agents, or applied deep learning.

Familiarity with MLOps tools and AI deployment stacks (e.g., Vertex AI, SageMaker, MLflow).

Background in human-centered design or ethics in AI.

Product management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM, or CSPO).
