Our Services are provided on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis and may include consulting, implementation, and ongoing support services.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

6. Payment and Billing

Fees

Our Services are provided on a subscription or project basis as outlined in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect existing contracts during their current term.

7. Service Availability and Support

Service Level

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability with advance notice when possible.

Support

Technical support is provided as outlined in your service agreement. Support channels may include email, phone, and online documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REAA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REAA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. We will provide reasonable assistance in data export upon request, subject to technical limitations and applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nevada.

12. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and REAA regarding the Services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
