Job Description:
As an AI Agent Developer, you will be responsible for building intelligent, autonomous systems that can perceive, reason, and act within dynamic environments. This role combines deep expertise in AI techniques—including reinforcement learning, natural language processing, symbolic reasoning, and behavior planning—with practical engineering skills to deliver scalable, high-performance agent-based solutions. These agents may operate across various modalities, including conversational AI, autonomous decision systems, multi-agent collaboration, and task-oriented virtual agents.
You will collaborate with research scientists, data engineers, software developers, and product managers to design agent architectures, implement learning-based behaviors, and deploy these agents into real-world applications. Your work will be instrumental in shaping how our systems adapt, learn, and respond autonomously to real-time stimuli and complex workflows.
In addition to building robust agent logic and interaction frameworks, you will play a key role in experimentation, simulation environments, and performance evaluation. A strong interest in cognitive modeling, decision theory, and long-term agent autonomy is essential.
